At 475 High Performance Building Supply, we want to ensure you have the right components for your high-performance building envelope. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused, unopened materials within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to submit a return request, ensuring you provide your order number and the specific items you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct warehouse shipping address for your specific products.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items to verify they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
