Applications
TESCON NAIDECK® is a tight-mesh polypropylene reinforced double sided butyl adhesive tape to seal nail/screw penetration between roof battens and SOLITEX membranes. The butyl rubber employed is set to be so fluid that it penetrates into the spunbound structure of the SOLITEX roof sheeting and permanently seals the nail penetration.
Advantages
- Very good sealing action – liquid butyl adhesives penetrate deep into the spun bound membrane
- Water resistant and suitable for temporary roof coverings
- Extra-strong thanks to a reinforcing layer
Substrates
- Pro Clima membranes, weather resistant barriers and roof underlayments
- Around pipes to seal ROFLEX pipe gaskets

- Vapor closed, weather proof
- UV/ Weather resistance: 6 months; installed under counter battens
- Application temperature: 41 °F (5 °C) to 95 °F (35 °C)
